1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We understand this is a
firm policy, and we encourage you to review product descriptions,
images, and details carefully — and to reach out with any questions —
before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive, so we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The hair must be **unused, unaltered, and in its original condition** (not worn, cut, colored, washed, or styled).
- Exchanges are only available if the **color or texture received does not match what you ordered**.
- The item must be returned to us before a replacement is shipped. We are unable to send a replacement until the original item is received and inspected.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the item.
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, odor (perfume, smoke, products), or removed tags/packaging will not qualify for exchange.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities
RaiStyles Supply Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions,
skin irritation, or other adverse reactions to any hair, products, or
materials purchased from us. Hair and hair care products may contain
natural oils, chemical treatments, dyes, fragrances,
or other components that could cause a reaction in some individuals.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of
any product, and consulting a physician or dermatologist if you have
known allergies or sensitivities. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge
and accept this risk.
5. Product Disclaimer
- Colors may vary slightly from photos shown due to lighting, screen settings, and dye lot variation.
- Hair texture, density, and shade can naturally vary bundle to bundle, as this is a natural product.
- We are not responsible for how a product performs once it has
been altered (cut, dyed, bleached, or chemically treated) by the
customer or a third party.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for double-checking their order details
(color, texture, length, quantity) before checkout. We are not
responsible for incorrect orders placed in error by the customer.
7. Shipping
- Processing and shipping times will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
- Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, RaiStyles Supply Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
8. Limitation of Liability
RaiStyles Supply Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of
products purchased through this site, including but not limited to
allergic reactions, hair damage from improper use,
or dissatisfaction with styling results.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange, cancel an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at
any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site or future
purchases constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
